Hill run in Mournes with Jack.

Trassey track, Hares gap, Brandy pad, Commadagh, and back to Hares gap along the ridge.
Not the best conditions - misty and cold.
knee was sore but it was nice to be up in the big hills again.

Hilly road run upto Drumkeragh and back.
Knee still sore but very slowly improving. I think in 6 months or so it will just be another of those injuries I have to put up with.

Half day today, went to cheer on the boys running in the Ulster schools crosscountry races.

Jack 14th, Mark 23rd and Harry 61st out of 200 odd.
James 54th in his race (200)
