Training with boys at Slievenagore.
Took James out on a line course - Jack and Harry did relocation exercises

Race with boys after training.

Butterfly loops from the top of slievenagore - Jack went left I went right
started and finished at the same time (19.45) although J was ahead after first butterfly wing.
Harry was 27mins. James did the right wing in 25mins (lost 5min at no.2)

Hill run after slievenagore.

Followed the wall upto the top of Sl Muck, ran along the ridge and then dropped back down to slievenagore.

Amazing evening! running the Muck ridge as the sun sets over Carlingford.- It was so clear you could just reach out and grab the snow covered tops and gobble them up!
What could be better? (I guess if my knee didn't hurt like hell it might help)
