Sl Croob twin peaks with Jack and Harry - ran with Harry, his first twin peaks. He is developing into a strong runner, just needs to keep working at his motivation!

Spent the afternoon with Igor getting the MicrO and Slievenagore events
sorted - stopped off at Loughbrickland school running track on the way home for some interval training.

Track measures 250m on grass.

ran lap hard then recovery lap/ 2 laps hard and recovery lap - rpt
for 30 mins.

planning to do Sl Croob with boys tommorrow then organising junior training on Sl Martin on Monday - hope the weather holds!
