Hill run from Newcastle with the boys.
Donard park out the forest into the Glen river valley.
James and Harry turned back when we got to 300m alt.
Jack and me continued through the cloud to the mourne wall turned right up Commadagh then dropped off Shan slieve back into the forest.
Nice run very wet after todays heavy rain. Jack said he would like to do more hill runs and races - Crazy downhill only race off Donard coming up soon, am thinking it would be good to do in fancy dress!
