Trailrun around Drumkeragh then climbed to the trig and back - was wet underfoot with a few showers - Last big run before Norway. maybe another longer run on Tuesday (if home before 8!) and then the WEE series on Wednesday and a few days off after that.

Boys both back from their adventures :-)

First outing for my new walshes, shame to get them all muddy!
first time running off-road without my ankle boots, very cautious going downhill but wow it was nice - It felt like the first time :)

not realy enjoying most of this run as I had late dinner after working late.
