Last of the Frostbite series

.upto number 10 the planning was fine but the map quality caught me out on 3 controls (down about 4mins)

This event was notable for a number of reasons
a) It was the worst printed map ever!
b) I poked my eye for the 3rd time in 8 days!
c) my dodgy ankle f***ed up again :(

will be out on the bike for a while now.

Me and Igor ran the short TD5 course from the first frostbite event this month. Took turns navigating legs.

8 laps of the hockey pitches with a high intensity lap to finish with.

MTB ride upto Drumkeragh with Jack and then hilly loop.

This is the most I have ever weighed - I put it down to middle-age spread
I am on a mission to lose 6kg (about a stone) before the JK (3 months)
