Irish junior training on Bull Island.

I shadowed/distracted 4 of the M18's
(at different times)

They were running Brown courses - some were distracted more than others
very interesting to observe the different orienteering styles in a small number of runners.

I enjoyed being able to run and relax without the pressure of a race situation - not sure the juniors could say that though :)

Slushy snow on the ground but no wind and a thaw on - nice run

Running for the hunt.

11 horses and 10 hounds. the ground was heavy after all the rain/snow
hounds picked up my scent well despite all the slurry that has been spread recently (must be my B.O:))

4 stages - longest was 1.6km
