Rode upto Slievegarran forest for O training session
(Went up the 'king of the hill' climb)

Orienteering 50:00 [3] *** 3.7 km (13:31 / km) +200m 10:38 / km

setting out and collecting controls for O training.
7 PM

Orienteering 45:00 [2] *** 2.5 km (18:00 / km)

O training with the boys and Mandy on Slievegarran (majority in forest)
excellent wee forest with good runnability and plenty of detail.

A few warmup drills then shadowed James and then Mandy.

my legs were screaming for the first 5 mins, I Havn't hill run for ages
James ran his first twin peaks.
