From the horrible to the sublime! After Sundays soaking today was such a beautiful autumn's day :-)

Ran a few loops with James inluding a 17.22 min hilly loop.

Munster champs at that place near Mahon bridge?
Was an awful day weather-wise, wet with low cloud but no real hinderance to visibility.

Late for start - ran M40 good enough course and nice area up next to the lake. map was dubious in places although the original that Pat H was handing out seemed to be more accurate?

made some small mistakes - maybe 5 mins total, biggest about 2.5 mins looking for re-entrant amidst waist high bracken - could have lost more time I guess.
Happy not to have twisted my ankle!

nice evening - ached all over, must run more often
