O run at Meelmore with Jack
Set a 7km course for myself 8km for J - a few extra controls here and there and tried to stay ahead.
Nice day but very windy on top of Lukes

got some good ideas for planning the VHI's there in June

Rode bike to rugby club (and back) for some grass running

Laps of the rugby pitches - can't run on anything now except grass (foot gets too sore) even trails at Drumkeragh are out :-(

Found a good 750m loop with a few sharp climbs included.
Breezy and sunny
Some farmer had lit a fire in the field opposite and visibilty became difficult at times!
