Swimming 22:00 [2]

Broke the pattern. 30 x 30 m swimming and sauna. I think this was a good move to give a rest day for my legs. As I have had some achilles and knee problems this year I need to be careful not to get those problems back.

5 x 1.3 km loop in the KLCC park. Running feels better all the time.

Yesterday I mentioned that in the past I did the same run over and over again with better results all the time. I don't plan to do it in the same extend but want to get used to running again and then start doing more developing trainings.

5 x 1.3 km loop in the KLCC park. Legs are feeling good and speed is getting better.

About 15 years ago I started first time to do some regular running trainings. About two months I did every evening the very same about 5 km loop and every day my time was better. Then after that period I changed the route to be a bit longer, but have to confess that pretty quickly I stopped regular running and instead did plenty of orienteering, biking and played all kind of games.

5 x 1.3 km loop in the KLCC park. Felt already better today and let's hope this is the direction.

Running 33:15 [3] 6.5 km (5:07 / km)

5 x 1.3 km loop in the KLCC park. When shape is so bad running is not so enjoyable... Luckily this feeling should go away soon. Spent also 10 minutes in the pool after the training to cool down. After a morning training in tropical climate you just cannot go to work right after the training without proper cool down because otherwise sweating is a big problem.

5 x 1.3 km loop in the KLCC park. I guess my shape hasn't been worse ever... As this is the case I have a strong plan to improve it and regular morning runs should help for that. Let's hope I can create a routine for me.

Felt that fever is coming and left home after half a day in the office. In the afternoon I measured already 38,0 C which is much higher compared to my normal figure 36,2 C.
