5 x 1.3 in the KLCC park with Tiina. It was nice to run together while Tiina's parents spent time with Lilja. My shape is not so good at the moment, but after next 1,5 weeks I should have less travelling again and start longer trainings in Finland.
This evening I'm heading to Amsterdam and will be there a couple of days. Then it is time to do packing and head back to Finland!
A sightseeing run in Melbourne. I ran along riverside and that was a good decision. Even it has been every day over 30 C it does not feel hot as it is not as humid like in Malaysia.
I needed to have a long break and recovery from the food poisoning. To be precise 4 weeks and 5 days complete rest. No exercises or training in that period... I think that has been my longest period ever without doing any exercises.
I'm now at the Helsinki airport and heading back to Malaysia. On Sunday I will go to Australia and then next week to Amsterdam. A lot of business travel to be come during next weeks. Then we do our packing and move to Finland. Maybe then it is again time to enjoy some longer runs and biking in the spring weather.
