Running 19:14 [5] 5.0 km (3:51 / km)

5000 m test run in Herttoniemi track-and-field stadium. It has only gravel surface and also some part of the track is quite lumpy. To make the equation perfect it was quite windy.

I was targeting to finish with 18:45, but slipped from that target a bit.

Then in the evening it was time to travel again. This time to Malaysia via Singapore.

Part of the terrain was very slow due to fallen trees. I was very tired so needed to walk some part of the course because run-ability was really bad in some legs. It was a good start for a two week basic training period for me.

Tiomila 5th leg in the HS 1 team. I managed to do a maximum performance so I can be very happy. Preparation went well and I felt pretty relieved after I finished.
