Biking (road) 30:00 [2] 7.9 km (3:48 / km)

Loop around Chelmsford, past bus station, through Central Park, up past cricket ground, across then down Moulsham Street, across to Woolpack then around back on gas works, before heading home. Taking it fairly easyas still nervous re: knees, but all seemed fine afterwards. Need to find a better route really. Parts of the centre are too busy, with me stopping and starting too much.

First SOS training event at Fordham Hall, nr Colchester. Warm up for around an hour, then a 30 minute score course. 11 controls. Certainly built up a sweat. Suprised, as I only thought I was going to receive map reading tuition! Good fun.

Knee feeling better after Weds run, but thought I would alternate run/bike in initial phases of Operation Get Fit!
