Running warm up/down 20:00 [2]

warm up run, stretches and other exercises.

Running hills 10:00 [3]

Hill sprints at the Y camp. Five sprints with about 1.5 min rest walking down the hill.

Running 30:00 [3]

30 min run around the trails at the Y camp after the warm up and hill sprints. I didn't feel great at the start of the run but I started to feel better once I was warmed up.

roller skiing training. We focused mostly on technique so it wasn't very tiring

I ran two of the short courses being timed that my dad made for the ski team. They were easy but I ran them at a good fast pace. Ran each in about 5 min.

Running 20:00 [2]

About 20 min of running around helping the xc ski people with orienteering if they needed it.

roller ski training. Started with a warm up jog, then did some strength and balance exercises. Finished with a good paced, approximately 8k roller ski.

Last orienteering race of the season at Stony Swamp. I ran the long advanced course, and had an ok run with a few mistakes. My dad ran the same course and he ended up beating me with about 2 minutes, but I would have beat him if I didn't make two mistakes at the end.

Orienteering race (vampire-O) 45:00 [4] ***

Vampire-O at Britannia Park, Which is a score-O format at night With vampires chasing you with laser pointers trying to tag you. When you get tagged by a vampire you have to give him/her your punch card with all your hard earned punches, and the vampire gives you a laser pointer and you are now a vampire. I think I got "vamped" three times and had to go back to lots of controls I had been to earlier. it was a cool twist to score-O and it was fun.
