2 hour Rogaine in Hull. I had an ok race, the running felt good but the orienteering was a bit more difficult on such a bad map. I got 18 controls out of 20.

US long champs second race. another good race, I only made one stupid mistake to the first control but other than that it was a clean race. Finished first overall in M18.

GLOF "O-cross". The running was really slow but the orienteering was good.
and by the way I climbed 1140 meters this weekend, which is just over the height of two CN towers.

GHOL sprint race at Canterbury Hills. I had a really good race with no real mistakes and I think I found all the best route choices. Finished second overall on course 4, First in M20.

Orienteering race at Lac Bourgeois. Bad race. I got some misplaced map that was similar to the actual long map but had one less control and had some control points in different spots, so there were no actual controls at a few locations. well, I guess its training at least.
