Spring race at March Highlands. Had originally selected Short Advanced course, but they were running out of maps so I took LA with intent to cut it short if I had any problem with my back.
Run solid pace without pushing the speed. Bad route to #13, and started to get tired and dehydrated (No water on the course!) and slowed down significantly the last couple of kilometers.
Nice course but the terrain seems to get more and more dead fall slowing the running.
