US Champs Middle at Carter Caves State Park in Kentucky.
I had a good race with no major control mistakes. A small hook on 18, some hesitation and stop to early on 12. Off direction sliglty on 6 and 8 but saw control without much time loss. I was able to push up the hills. Most legs were straight compass and was right on on most legs.

US Long Championships at Carter Caves State Park in Kentucky.
An OK race with only one small hook on control 7. Did not have much in the legs on the long uphills and probably lost time on a couple of legs with trail and road running.
Some part of the course had a lot of green with rose bush thorns and I am severally scratched on hands, legs and neck.

US Sprint Championships / Flying Pig at Morehead University in Kentucky.
I had a good race, except got trapped on the way to control 10 where the line to another control obscured a forbidden wall where I thought I could get between buildings. I probably lost at least a minute there.
A fun sprint course, but way too long for a sprint.
