New map at Timm Road!! Nice area and course by Bruce Brenot.
Rocky footing in places and a few controls in the tall grass fields on the west side of map had slow running, so I did not move very fast. Had a nasty fall just at control 17 which shook me up a bit (can see that on the next few splits that it slowed me down). Only real navigation mistake was on 15 where I lost my direction when trying to get through some dense bushes.

Francis training, warmup down to Britannia beach.
15 min of running on the stone pier, practice balance and dexterity, jumping from stone to stone.
15 min around the grass rectangle with diagonals across the grass at higher speed.
5 min running in the sand on the beach.
cool down back to FRP.
