Running training from Carling Ave, north side of Corkstown map. After warmup, loops in the forest, steep uphills in the terrain and trail loops.

Training orienteering at Barrens. Mostly just jogging speed. I was a bit cautious as my left thigh had been hurting the last couple of days but it was OK except in certain positions. Getting better.
A downpour started at halfway point, thoroughly soaked!
