Orienteering Ottawa training camp Sunday race at Salmon River Fish Hatchery at Altmar, NY. Great area with open runnable woods and steep hills. I had advantage of seen the course in advance and hung some controls.

Solstice-O race #1 at Bell High School. Runners course. Looked like a good turnout with many people from the kids program coming out.

This year is the 25 year anniversary of the Solstice series in Ottawa!
