Run around Blackburn treelined roads and creeklands. I tweaked my back fairly severely yesterday afternoon, just bending over, but despite being painful before the run, was OK once l got going. Although my average km rate is so much slower than everyone else's, it is gradually getting faster. Yay.

Street O training run at Mitcham, followed by a coffee. I managed to run up all the hills and still do a reasonable pace.
I'm glad to be back from Darwin. The wet season humidity and l didn't get along at all. Neither did the plane trip and l - l was totally wiped out yesterday and couldn't do anything. Loved Perth.

Early morning run along the coastal bike path at Scarborough. It was pretty warm already and a lot of people were out. Our hotel has ocean views, which is nice.

Run around Blackburn lake and creeklands, following a different route to usual. Sped up when l noticed a couple jogging behind me. Hip a bit tweaky today.
