Run around Benalla lake and gardens. There is a 'wall art' festival in Benalla today and chalk artists were decorating the running track. Hope it doesn't rain!
I wanted to go over to the Bendigo event today, but l am stuck at home instead, trying to finish a couple of reports l need to get done before l go to NZ. I hope lnvis runs more events on his new map.

Not one of my better efforts. I felt heavy and sluggish, probably from eating too much sugar last night, prior to going on a lower sugar diet today (after watching the sugar film). My feet felt heavier, probably because they were heavier due to the orthotics - which make my right foot feel better but my left knee feel worse (think I might ditch them again). At least my tummy bug has subsided and I am just left with low energy. But at least I went.

I thought l had better get started again. I seem to have lost some fitness in the past couple of weeks and noticed the difference. Still feeling a bit ordinary but am starting to come good. Tried an old pair of orthotics today and that seemed to help my foot, which is a bit sore.
O shoes shrunk a bit last night (after a wash) so will hopefully be OK after all. Looking forward to N Z.

Orienteering 1:30:00 [3] 6.61 km (13:37 / km)

Awfully long course for a middle distance! However l knew this would be the case when l heard Rex was the setter. I still felt ordinary but had a few more complaints today:
- shoes too big (now in wash trying to shrink) and toenail corner was digging in to its neighbour (blood).
- missed 4 and didn't notice until 5 (wasn't going back).
- tummy off (hopefully recovers this week)
-eyes watery and couldn't read map.
-tired.
Not my day so just walked as navigation practice.
Came home early to do mine and everybody else's (in the neighbourhood) gardening.
