Street orienteering at the AIS in Canberra after Day 1 of the OA conference. I had a bit of trouble reading aspects of the map and struggled to run after a full day's conferencing, but otherwise good.

Street O at Burnley Maze. It was pretty warm and l have a slightly pulled calf muscle, so took it pretty easy and just jogged around slowly. It was a maze of inner suburban streets and lanes and l had to stop a few times for the traffic. Got my car back today, which is good.

Run around the Beleura Hill area at Mornington, including running up the hills. Gee l would be fit (or injured) if l trained here regularly .
