Note
(injured) (rest day)

Decided to not risk the tweaky knee and in a timely move, cleaned the house gutters. Three hours later, just as l finished the last corner, the first raindrops fell. The subsequent torrential downpour then went down the drainpipes instead of flooding everywhere. Yay!

Run 39:00 [3] 5.4 km (7:13 / km)

Run around Blackburn lake and creeklands. My knee gave a major painful tweak after about 300m and l thought l was done for. Luckily it then settled, after some stretching, for the remainder of the run. I think the answer to my problem is to walk at Wednesday evening street Os, as running in the evening seems to aggravate it for several days afterwards.
It was quite warm. I don't know what clothes to take to Tassie. I know they said to take warm clothes, but l've been stuck with a bag full of winter woollies in warm weather before .

Run 40:00 [3] 4.8 km (8:20 / km)

Street O at North Balwyn. There is a reason the streets are named 'Mountain View' and 'Panorama' and I had to walk some of it. My knee hurt the whole way. It doesn't like evenings, but l want to go to see people. It's not looking good for Tassie, sadly.

Run 36:25 [3] 5.0 km (7:17 / km)

Run around Blackburn creeklands. Feeling generally weary and knee tweaky.

Sunday Mar 18, 2018 #

Run 1:06:00 [3] 9.0 km (7:20 / km)

Run around the river at Shepparton in a howling gale - fast in one direction and slow the other way. I thought there was a fire nearby but it turned out to be a large dust storm approaching. A large flock of cockatoos was clinging to the trees and very very noisy noisy. Pretty horrible day in the NE.
