Street O at Templestowe Heights. There were highs and there were lows, and it was awfully steep in between, which necessitated some walking. Nice sunny afternoon.

Attempt 2 at coming back to life. I walked around Blackburn. Not so cold today. I fear l have lost most of my fitness through being ill for the best part of a month. Bring on the warmer weather!

I am trying to get back to running but my energy levels are still low. I went for a gentle trot around Blackburn lake, but the body wasn't keen on going too much further.
