Run 44:17 [3] 6.0 km (7:23 / km)

Run around Beleura Hill area at Mornington, including up the hills (which are steep) followed by a dip in the pool and a beautiful fruit salad breakfast. This is the life! Down here for the last of the summer's family commitments.

Run 28:56 [3] 4.02 km (7:12 / km)

Came back from Bendigo yesterday with a massive headache and sore back - l suspected a combination of dehydration, hard work and poor sleep - but it was alleviated a bit with water. a rehydration salt powder and a good sleep.
I felt better this morning, especially with the cooler temperature, and ran around Blackburn, until the headache started to build again at 4k, so l called it a day.

Walk 1:10:00 [3] 6.3 km (11:07 / km)

Exploratory tour around the bush at Kangaroo Flat. I walked uphill until l found the aquaduct, which was flowing clear and fresh, and then followed it to Crusoe Reservoir then back via the Furness St exit. Lost the plot a bit where it crosses Crusoe Road. This would make a nice run. Thanks Jim.

Very very hot and humid today. I am over the renovating business, especially tile scrubbing in the heat. All was going well until a tree fell on the cabinet maker's car, scratching it and (so he says) denting it a little. Looks as though l am going to be popular with the body corporate!

Kangaroos in our garden last night and tonight!

Run 39:00 [3] 5.5 km (7:05 / km)

After a busy weekend with my relatives from Brisbane, who were down for my second cousin's wedding, and no exercise, l thought l should get going again.
This time through the bush, around the 'Flat', along the Bendigo Creek track and up to Crusoe Reservoir, before walking up the hill to 'home'.....Question to Bendigo readers (if there are any) - where is 'home'?

Confession time - l gave up looking for a house for me and bought an investment unit (at the lowest end of the market) and am attempting to refurbish it, before renting it out. I'm camping and working here all week (apart from shopping and the occasional run). Inspections welcome, but only if you can identify the correct location.
