Run around Benalla lake and gardens. Left it a bit late (after chatting to the neighbours) and struggled in the heat, and back was also a bit sore (too much heavy lifting lately). I would like to train myself to get out a bit earlier, so as to make better use of the day.

Run around the Wang bike tracks, before a coffee overlooking the river. It was so nice to have cooler weather.

Run 48:20 [3] 6.45 km (7:30 / km)

Street O at Tally Ho. Course C. I managed to get in just before the rain hit, and there was a strong head wind heading home.
