MTBO 1:31:00 [3] 13.0 km (7:00 / km)

MTBO at Creswick. Even though l chose course 4, l found it tough going. Hills and blue metal roads do not suit me, and l couldn't get any power into the uphills. I spent more time off the bike, rather than on. Howver, the soup afterwards at the cafe was good.

Bendigo Day or Night event Course 2.
I chose Day, but was half way around when Day turned into Night. Luckily l took my torch, but my pace slowed considerably and l made a few minor errors. Great course, that would have been quite hard as all Night.

Street O at Bulleen Ups & Downs. I walked in order wear in a new pair of bushwalking boots. It was quite tiring in boots compared to runners. Hilly course.

Tuesday May 14, 2019 #

Run 29:16 [3] 4.1 km (7:08 / km)

Blackburn creeklands. I couldn't get my legs or breathing into any sort of rhythm. Felt like l was starting from scratch.

Monday May 13, 2019 #

Blackburn lake and creeklands. I felt really sluggish, having not run for a week.
