Arthritic jog around Blackburn South. I slept in today, due to working to 10pm last night, then eating a large amount of insomnia inducing Toblorone chocolate. I greeted passers-by with 'good morning', but it was actually 1:00pm.

Street O training shuffle at Camelots Rise. I haven't been for so long and they were about to delete me from the contacts list.

Run 45:00 [3] 5.4 km (8:20 / km)

Street O at Mont Albert. I felt pretty blobby, but picked a good route with long gradual downhills that were easy to jog and only a few short uphills. Control collection afterwards.

Note

New shoes feel a bit heavy and running in them seems a bit ploddy - but at least they are stable and knee doesn't hurt in them (so far). Most importantly, their colour matches my running top :)

Shuffle around Benalla lake on a crisp clear morning. Struggled with my breathing, due to a bit if hay fever. Got to up my working pace this week due to pile up of unfinished commitments.
