Very slow run with Peter in super humid conditions. Not very pleasant.

Jog around Benalla lake. This was as fast and as far as l could go. I stopped several times mid jog at the exercise stations to be do sit-ups and arm exercises. 94% better, but no energy.
Stayed up too late watching the tennis and it was hot by the time l got out.
