Run 30:34 [3] 4.0 km (7:39 / km)

Jog around Blackburn Lake and creeklands. Slept in, so it was a late start and quite warm and humid. Couldn't manage any more than 4k at a super slow pace.

Saturday Feb 8 #

Walk 50:00 [3] 5.0 km (10:00 / km)

Stayed at my sister's place at Mornington and walked around Beleura Hill. Planned to run, but it was very smoky and a run wasn't happening.

Thursday Feb 6 #

Had a slight headache and earache (and we all now know what that leads to) so just walked around Blackburn.

Street O. Great to be back and to see everyone! I started jogging, but didn't feel that well so ended up walking. First time ever doing D course. Haven't mastered garmin yet.
