Being allowed to hang from the bars in the playground may be helping a little.

Dosed up on painkillers and tried to run, but not successfully. My knee pain was severe, so l walked home. Pretty down mentally and physically at the moment.

Dosed up on painkillers and walked around Blackburn. Could move a little more freely and was then able to sit in the chair to work.

It started as a run, but soon reverted to a walk. Sciatica and knee pain has been severe, but improved slightly when l found a bar to hang from (ignoring the playground closed sign) and felt my pelvis shift slightly. Hopefully this is the start of the recovery.
