Hilly trail run at Reef Hills with Peter. I felt good (voltarin helped) and my pink peregrine shoes seemed to shuffle along by themselves.

Woke with a really stiff back and generally felt pretty miserable all day. I walked around Benalla lake availing myself of the stretching machines , which seemed to help a little.
