Orienteering 1:45:00 [3] 6.21 km (16:54 / km)

Racecourse Creek Beechworth course 3. Great area. Fabulous course. Fell over onto sore knee in the long grass (hiding holes/sticks) in the first 5 minutes, then took it easy. Had a few bungles (close to control but didnt want to go down steep hills unecessarily to look), had trouble crossing fences, and slowed in the running section ( which was open grass last year, but longer grass this year. Probably need to drop down a grade. Think l may have post viral fatigue syndrome from face episode last summer, as l havent had any energy since.

Jog around Benalla lake between showers, in the reverse direction to usual. I tried, but was still terribly slow.

Jog around Benalla lake. It wasnt really happening (weight to oxygen intake ratio issue) and l walked the last bit. Warm day.
