Run 29:30 [3] 4.0 km (7:23 / km)

Jog around Benalla lake at midday in very high humidity. Various bits of my body were arguing about which would give out first, and l walked a bit. In the end an electrical forced a decision, and l made it home just in time.

Note

My NY resolutions this year are to be better organised and to persevere with tasks. I spent far too much time last year procrastinating and staring at the phone.

MTB 1:00:00 [3] 13.0 km (4:37 / km)

Exploratory ride around the tracks of Crusoe Reserve. Very nice, especially as l am finding running so hard at the moment. Must have been first out in some places, due to the number of spider webs. Came across Stanley's grandfather and friend birdwatching.

Run 32:00 [3] 4.1 km (7:48 / km)

Much too late in the day, after some gardening. Really struggled in the heat.
Over the past few days, l have been up the Mt Tarrangower tower, One Tree Hill tower and Mt Alexander - all places l should have been before, but haven't. Today we walked around the Bendigo Botannical Gardens.

MTB 1:00:00 [3] 13.11 km (4:35 / km)

Castlemaine to Maldon rail trail, but starting at Sawmill Rd. Peter dragged the chain until it broke after 3k, then he walked back. I did the rest by myself - fairly hilly towards the end, but lovely scenery.

Labouring 1:00:00 [3]

Spent the day cutting down a tree and loading the trailer.

Orienteering 2:00:00 [3] 6.32 km (18:59 / km)

Browns Reef, shadowing Peter. Very slow , sore back and hip, but lovely scenery.
Drove to the summit of Mt Moliagul afterwards. Very steep track. Great views, with several soaring eagles.
