Benalla Parkrun. Low numbers and even fewer ordinary mortals - which meant that the tail markers had to run. My back and leg were sore, but l didnt stop.

Street O at Quambee Quandry. Fell in a hole before control 1 while l was looking at the map and hurt my leg/back a bit, so walked. Nice area.
