Jog around the tracks of Benalla lake and environs trying to avoid the crowds. Had a nurofen for my back beforehand and that seemed to help.

Walk around Benalla lake. Started off running but back wasnt comfortable and there was sciatic pain.

Stretching/exercises (Achieve It Flexit) 49:00 [3]

Today was to be my first Achieve It session but, if course, it was cancelled. Kindly, Mick let me do an online session - l followed religiously and found it quite hard.
