Orienteering 1:03:00 [3] 5.0 km (12:36 / km)

O at Creswick. Enjoyable course. Made 2 errors. Big error when went in the wrong direction. Drugged up.

Orienteering 1:20:00 [3] 4.5 km (17:47 / km)

Another visit to the chiro, but still couldnt pinpoint the problem. Drugged up prior to O at Mt Alexander. Great course and area, but it was pouring rain as l started. Wet glasses, fog, slippery rocks, logs and bark. DNF as wet and cold.

Note

Two visits to the chiropractor in the one day! The rest of the day spent intermittently sitting on ice and stretching, while also trying to do some work. Last minute effort to improve sciatic back/pelvis/leg for the weekend.

Tuesday Mar 9 #

Walk around Benalla setting the course for Hash House Harriers.
6 PM

Run 31:00 [3] 4.0 km (7:45 / km)

Benalla Hash House Harriers. I set the course and 9 blokes came, then all came back to my house for a sausage/rissole sizzle. Nice social jog and BBQ.
