Since I was in Great Barrington for a drive, I decided to stop at the Housatonic Rail Trail again. I did the same workout as on Saturday--walk a half-mile and then run a half-mile until I had covered five miles.
Today, though was a bit warmer than the last time. This outing was 24 seconds faster than the first time. I must be getting better. ;-)
