was on the wii doing muscule workouts. included push-ups and sit-ups. then went and jumped on the trampoline for 5 minutes

shoes: asics gel kayano 15

did the same run as yesterday. got cramps in my left calf muscle and my right calf almost got one too. i did remember to strech before i ran. just ate licorice before i ran so almost vomitted.
