2 x 5 x 200m wth 200m jog recovery. First track training session for at least 5 years! I had forgotten how much middle distance runners like to hang around doing nothing... The intervals felt good - had the pleasure of being reunited with the feeling of all blood having been rerouted from brain to legs. 35-38 seconds per interval, dropping to the 38 in the last two reps.
