Note

Woke up with neck feeling very stiff - so no training for me today :(

Was originally supposed to be running the Nuts Challenge 4 laps today (28km with obstacles...last year took me 5:20), but a variety of factors (including the stiff neck!) meant that didn't happen. Sad to have missed such a fun race but happy to not have taken the risk of injury.
