Strength and conditioning at the gym. Good mixture and tired to avoid a massive range of motion as I havent done these session for a while and I want to be able to walk tomortow. 43 minutes on legs and 23 minutes on upper body.

Aqua Jogging 21:00 [3]

Top of the afternoon with an aqua jog to keep the balance.
