Before and after O'Hagens 5km. Feet a bit sore afterwards which is not uncommon after going fast in facing flats for me

Did O'Hagens 5km road race as my speed work session. James, Dan, Renee, Imy and Jula also came. I felt pretty relaxed and was happy not to push too hard because I was having some stitch issues and only got my heart rate to 188 and can normally get it to 194 at least doing intervals recently.
I got my stride working well at a high speed and no sore muscles or tendons so great success! Winning was a bonus so super stoked even though it wasn't a special time but I'll hit it hard next week!
My GPS got over 5km for the race but I ran a little extra when I took a wrong turn for some meters. and Garmins lose distance on curves according to some research I was reading, which makes sence. If we don't cut the corners at the start I think this course is very close to 5km.
