Running in the Waitaks from Piha with Alastair, Jourdan, and Roman. Was a great run and I felt good but had sore feet at the end!

Ran from bradley road to the coastal strip to start our orienteering and then back to the car from inland road.

Orienteering in Woodhill. Was a bit too tired and couldnt focus well

Ran up the Coast along the hors track and the over the dunes for 30mins then return to Muriwai. to make the hour. Was going quite hard and felt every part of my legs getting used well.

Found a sweet hill in woodhill near Muriwai and ran up and down it for a while =) The ground was very soft and the was some undergrowth which made it very physical.

Ran a 5km approx loop from home twice. Pretty steady but picked up the intensity for the last 2km. Had sore knees at times
