Run from Cascades with James, Simon, JD, and Toby. Wasnt fast hard the up hills are always such a good challenge. Did some very tchnical tracks and some fast one. Upper Kauri, Sisam, Chateau, RGB, Fence line.

The Big Nelson Adventure with Mat and JBW! used Toms topo map. so steep! so epic! did some very hard uphill walking to which was working the hammys good.
