spiked:16/22c shoes: Inov-8 X-Talon (pair 2)

NZ Long distance. 2nd in M20 which was ok but I made a 3:30 mistake at 10 and started getting messy at the end. My running form has come back and I felt strong!

NZ Middle distance champs. Still a bit flat but im sure others felt smashed on the very steep terrain more than I did. Awesome terrain and a huge challenge.

NZ Sprint champs. Very flat and had no top end speed. Also made some route choice mistakes. Amazing map and course

Very flat adn struggles to get any speed up. Did some intervals around my sprint loop at the Huapai Domain
