NWOC training day. Ran around reading the map a little bit but mostly helping others. Legs felt tired.

Rolled my right ankle after jumping a fence where I landed on the side of my foot. Just stayed at the car after that because it was sore on the inside and outside.

Felt good before but tired after tempo

Flat tempo at Auckland Domain. Fast at start but I did slow down a bit. I stopped twice because I got a really sharp stitch and about 16 minutes and at about 29.

Very wet and muddy

Intervals with the boys. 10x400m with about minute rests. 65 seconds maybe? Didn't feel very fast and started to feel a bit smashed after 7 or 8 intervals so ok with only having a short session.

Tried to stick too the grass because my knees were a bit sore

1km intervals on flat grass. Was soft but not muddy. Knees were all good and I felt fast. According to Matts watch 3:04 3:03 3:04 3:12 3:15 3:10. I think a ran wider in the last 3 though. Becaue they didnt feel slower and the last one felt very fasted. Very happy with these times =D
