Training at Whites Line. Spend most of the time running with Renee and then picked up controls and killed some time running! Legs a bit smashed still but all good on the flat

Ran with Matt Alistair and Kristian from Muriwai beach to Bethals on the Te Henga Walkway. Alistair and Kristian continued on to do the whole Hillary Trail. Had some minor stitch problems and just felt pretty nailed from cycling. Quads mainly but my nothing really felt fresh
Walked up to the crater lake on Mt Ruapehu from the top of the far west t-bar. took olivia about an hour. I went around a bit to check out some cliffs and ski down some small sections. My heart rate was plenty high enough to claim this as training. Skiing down was a mission!
